BRIEF OF ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

The Administration Division is headed by an officer of the rank of IG/Director in BPR&D who is assisted by the DIG and Assistant Director (Adm), AD (Systems), AD (Construction), AD (Procurement), AD (Coord) & AD (Estt.). 

 

 

All administrative and financial matters including recruitment of personnel, procurement of material/equipment relating to BPR&D Hqrs, construction/maintenance activities, security of Hqrs, liaison with MHA, IT related matters are handled in the Administrative Division under the control and supervision of IG/Director (Adm).  The Administrative Division also prepares budget grant for all divisions.  It also monitors expenditure from time to time.  All financial sanctions are processed through the Administrative Division.  This division also undertakes welfare activities for its personnel through various schemes of Government of India.
